At apple we believe privacy harvest ivacy privacy privacy privacy privacy privacy privacy privacy privacy privacy privacy privacy okay so you've all heard apple talk about privacy a lot and also about how ego friendly they are but is that all true or is there some sort of underlying corporate reason behind all of this due to benefits that apple is giving us with all the privacy tools outweigh the negatives and what are the negatives really is apple evil the short answer is of course not so we're not living in some sort of dystopian future here but evil corporations that just want to take your money but there are a few things that will make you pause and contemplate for a second so get us next ready and enjoy a bit of a different video OK so probably the biggest statement that apple has started making in the past few years is that they are trying to become the world's most eco friendly company which is great obviously this is a positive thing and they have done a few things to make this happen for example their offices and data centres run on 100% renewable energy their products are highly recyclable and they are also reducing waste by making the boxes of the iPhone smaller by not including a charger all of these statements are true and on the surface you might think that apple is indeed very environmentally focused but once you dig deeper you'll realise that each of these points has a major downside which almost just almost invalidates the entire point for example even though Apple's offices and stores do run on 100% renewable energy their manufacturing partners who make all the iPhones at all the Macs and so on do not so would every apple device that apple makes there is still an environmental impact they do claim that they want to be fully carbon neutral by 2030 which will include their suppliers as well so I am happy that they are acknowledging this issue and working towards it but as of right now keep in mind that their manufacturing it's not eco friendly but yeah that statement is true now let's take a look at a second one the fact that Apple's products are highly recyclable so if your iPhone breaks you will take it to the apple store and depending on the damage if your iPhone is no longer in warranty which by the way only last for a single year you will be charged up to $600 to fix a knife and living from Max for example the problem is that he can actually buy a newly refurbished iPhone living promax for $719 apple charges almost that price just to fix your broken one which is absolutely nuts and because of this most people just don't end up fixing their broken phones as it would cost them pretty much the same as buying a new phone so they just buy a new phone in that case which in itself creates waste but why don't they just go to a third party repair shop then well they can but apple has severely restricted what third party repair shops can do Louis rossman and I fix it are both probably the biggest advocates for the right to repair which simply states that if someone wants to repair it device they should be able to and they should have access to the right components to do that whereas right now you have to ask apple in order to become an authorised repair shop and even then there's actually not much that can do aside from just replacing the screen and the battery so apple is still limiting third party repair shops heavily which means that even though apple claims that they can easily repair your iPhone oftentimes customers are charged hundreds of dollars just to fix a broken charging port which independent repair shops can do for something like 30 to $50 but a lot of them are unable to do so as apple just doesn't make the components readily available so let's go back to that statement apple product highly recyclable is that true yes it is boards Apple's decision to make repairs almost an accessible to customers by charging them exorbitant prices and restricting third parties from repairing creates a tonne of waste which in my opinion is just invalidates Apple's entire points so now let's take a look at Apple's third points not the lack of chargers and iPhone boxes reduces waste again if you just take this as it is it makes sense that including a charger in the box of iPhones means that the box itself will be smaller which in turn means that more boxes will fit in a delivery truck which in turn means that apple will need less trucks to ship the same number of iPhones which in turn means less solution so problem solved right not really you see the real issue here is that by apple removing the charger people who don't already have a USB type C charger will need to buy one separately and considering that apple only started shipping USB C chargers with the iPhone 11 unless you're upgrading from the iPhone 11 to 12 you will actually need a charger and some of you might say now that oh I have an old iPhone pipe charger which is still lightning so I can actually use that which is true but that will be a very slow charger so if you want fast charger you will have to buy a separate USB type C1 but then if you buy a separate charger that charger will have its own box that box will likely go inside another larger box like you know Amazon boxes which will go inside its own delivery truck which will require extra shipping and therefore create extra pollution so do you see where I'm coming from by apple removing the charger they actually end up polluting the environment more what they should have done instead is give the users the option at checkout to claim a free charger that would be included in the box of the iPhone should they need one at the moment the only thing that apple has achieved by removing the charger is saving money in manufacturing and shipping costs and shifting the environmental problem from themselves to the consumer the big issue here is that apple doesn't think about others when making these statements they analyse everything as if no other company exists and with this mentality sure apple is saving the planet but in reality that is not entirely true now probably Apple's biggest campaign right now it's about privacy About how unlike other companies such as Facebook and Google apple does truly care about keeping your data safe so is this true yes apple does in fact keep pretty much all data used for processing your photos and even pressing your see requests that directly on your devices rather than on Apple's servers everything is encrypted and therefore it means that not even apple can read your personal data for example they recently introduced private relay which does prevent you from being tracked but it also severely caps your Internet speeds and it doesn't offer you a lot of the benefits of you know an actual VPN such as the ability to manually change your location and so much more Speaking of VPNs massive shout out to serve short VPN for sponsoring this video search shark is a tool that secures your Internet connexion so that everything you do online stays privates while also allowing you to browse the web from a different country an access services such as Netflix US pro outside the US search ark is also a different type a VPN with most VPNs once you activate down your Internet speeds would be severely impacted but not with surcharge surcharge can also block ads as well as malware with their clean web feature and automatically alerts you when your personal details such as emails passwords credit cards and more have been leaked online another exclusive feature to search shark is surf shark search which gives you real at

Before the goals and the trophies

Cristiano Ronaldo endured struggles that you can't even imagine and without the bravery of this Ronaldo---- we would have never met this ronaldo  because absolutely nothing hinted at this kind of success .

Cristiano Ronaldo might have never been born. his mother considered having an abortion because she already had three children and financially or home life was so fragile. she couldn't look after another . her doctor convinced her to keep the baby Cristiano was ultimately born on February 5th 1985 in funchal on the island of Madeira but he grew up in extreme poverty with his brother and two sisters the kid shared a tiny bedroom with Hugo.  is eldest sibling . the family had nothing.

I grew up with nothing we were very poor I didn't get toys or presence of Christmas money wasn't the only problem.  Jose Denis cristiano's father wasn't involved in his son's upbringing.  he was also suffering from an alcohol addiction and it ultimately led to his death in 2005 after a tumour developed in this liver . the young boy quickly began using football as an escape . he made friends and played with them in the street even skipped meals to spend time outside and at 11 his life took a decisive turn . his talent caught the eye of the best scouts in the country .  he joined his favourite club Sporting Lisbon .young Cristiano was living the dream . dream quickly turned into a nightmare because he ended up spending the worst years of his life there.  no money no family no friends , all he brought with him were two things his talent of course but above all his immense determination

I had to leave my family aged 12 to live in Lisbon by myself it was very difficult for me it was the worst experience of my life

this was the start of a long road full of challenges at the time young Cristiano was so poor that he had to beg for food I lived in Lisbon with other young boys it was difficult we were far from our families didn't have money we were hungry around 11 we lived near McDonald's we asked for hamburgers and leftovers from a woman named Edna unfortunately fighting to fill his stomach was only a small part of his daily struggle . Cristiano excelled on the pitch but that was far from the case at school he was failing academically and at 14 he lost it . in Madera the accent is very different when he opened his mouth you didn't understand what he was saying and everyone made fun of him one day he threw a chair at a teacher because everyone was making fun of him and she didn't do anything to stop it.  a dark form of harassment which reminded him of his old demons when he was a child he was made fun of a lot by his team mates some give him the nickname cry baby because he would occasionally cried when he was angry we called him cry baby because he loves to win and that's still the case today but he really hated losing and as soon as he lose or   someone didn't pass to him . . he start crying.  he was expelled after the incident with his teacher.  in the eyes of the young man school was just a prison where he couldn't express himself freely. one thing was clear . he didn't have a place somewhere like that he was convinced that the only place he needed to be was the football pitch the team wanted to dedicate his life to the beautiful game so he didn't get down on himself .

his mother made the decision to leave everything and move to the capital with him . from then on the young man picked himself up but there was still a long way to go he forged the character And a mentality of steel ..from that moment on he was determined to succeed and work hard.. very hard …the kid from Madera wanted to prove that he could succeed and realised one thing you're not the best when you believe you are… but when you know… it Cristiano searched for ways to stand out in his own team

I was 16  he is   just turned 15 . the first memory I have of him is in the shower ..he was doing sit ups in challenging everyone .. I'll do more than you I was impressed the very first time I saw him on the pitch …the kid didn't just show that he knew how to play football he made sure his team mates witnessed all of his ability with one aim  leaving an impression. He was  different from the others what  marked  me the most was his mentality already at this age I was seeing him work harder than the others . he wanted to be stronger to go faster to be the best.  there was no doubt that Cristiano Ronaldo would become great.  he would leave his mark on the sport but while all his efforts seemed to be finally paying off.  doctors discovered that he had a heart abnormality a problem that could have represented a risk to put an end to his dream and without a rapid intervention CR7 would have never existed at rest… his heartbeat too fast I was in Madera when I found out I immediately gave my permission for a laser procedure.  we were all sad and preoccupied because there was a risk that he'd have to stop football in the end everything went well once again Cristiano Ronaldo overcame an obstacle placed in his way as he finally out of the tunnel the young man kept working and with a lot of determination he was convinced that all his sacrifices would pay off and everyone who crossed his path new what would happen the kid from Madeira success was nothing but a question of time… his performances at the training centre were largely convincing and at 17 years old sporting's coach gave him a shot with the pros ….in 2003 he signed from Manchester United at his career took off  …. we all know what happened next hundreds of golds …dozens of trophies …..Cristiano Ronaldo is a living legend the Portuguese player continues to surprise the world despite his age… he is the perfect example that you should never give up …and we the football fans have to admire his longevity….. longevity which is the result of a life full of sacrifices….. he deprived himself of so many things to taste victory….. victory in a fight that's never easy to win …a fight against life and its terrible injustices….. put his talent and his determination to one side….. Cristiano Ronaldo didn't have anything to help him succeed…. success can sometimes hang by a thread….. Cristiano did however proved to the entire world that despite your origins or your social class…. it's possible to achieve your dreams… the Portuguese player is truly passionate …..he's passing all his knowledge and values onto his son Cristiano junior….. if you learn one thing from this man. it's that you should never lose sight of your goals…. Cristiano Ronaldo started from nothing ….so… never give up  be confident and don't listen to people who doubt you if you have a dream… you have to protect it  ….and fight all the way to make it happen ,,, the best advice we can give you is to follow cristiano's

Don’t let smalla obstacles be in the way of being victrorious. Remember you are strnger than the challenges you face…. Cristiano Ronaldo.

There are few musicians that have made a more significant or lasting impression that Freddie

Mercury with his incredible range unconventionally operatic vocal style and refusal to subscribe to norms of masculinity.

Freddie Mercury was a man who defied convention at every turn

When you face an audience of 300,000 people like I saw you in Rio to get intimidated by the size of the crowd no the bigger the better in everything

and alongside his bandmates in queen he left an enduring musical legacy that continues to resonate with listeners today

freddie mercury died far too young but even before his fatal diagnosis

the bohemian rhapsody singer had already faced more than his fair share of challenges

mercury struggled in ways that few can imagine everybody was taking drugs so the combination of all those things and the massive success where you know you start to think and do anything then lead any kind of life without any consequences

for all his exuberance wild partying and apparent show of eve

mercury also had demons and inner struggles that he contended with his entire life

Mercury Was born on September 5th 1946 in the British protectorate of Zanzibar

his parents Bomi and gerbil Sarah named him Farouk a popular parsIs name in keeping with their ethno-religious background which means happy and fortunate.

that they selected for him as Farrell that was his birth name that was the name at that time very fashionable in in the past and I just wanted to name him

at age 7 he began taking piano lessons which would prove important in his musical development

videos to come running after reckless then that India was on and then the music was finished you entered this tool again and played that I am just getting some musically since he's got in here for music

mercury was sent to boarding school in India when he was eight and though it might be hard to believe he was incredibly shy at the time making matters worse was his substantial overbite which made him the target of much mockery among his peers and earned him the nickname Bucky

when size is space my mouth means more range i'll consider your offer

though this would have caused many children to retreat inwards young for opel sarah flourished in the boarding school setting by the age of 12 he had already started his first band with shoolmates.

Already started his first bandwidth school mates and practising a lot and I really like every minute of it but I have to tell you about something else Rosemary had the idea to form a band and asked me if I wanted to be in it we will call ourselves the hectic

it was also around this time that he began going by Freddie and distinguished himself as a performer peers described him as being at once shy and ashow off depending on the situation this is a duality that would follow him throughout his life. outwardly exuberant but inwardly insecure

fed even recording  people darling we were sort of terribly shocked to notice something was not done and not spoken about in public and we were all terribly shocked. I mean a boy sings darling  to other boy you  didn’t say to a  girl in public in those days damn

it so mercury's childhood was a mostly happy one his life was upended in 1964 when his family was forced to flee Zanzibar out of fear for their safety when a violent revolution broke out

it was very frightening it was really frightening and everybody was rushing around and didn't know what to do exactly it and because we had young children went to decide to leave the country

it would ultimately go on to claimed  lives of many Indian and Arab people with some estimates placing the death toll as high as 20,000 thankfully the bull sera family got out in time and relocated to the town of Feltham in Middlesex England

if freddy had  the choice he would have been born at the age of about 21 in felton.

although tragedy brought the bulsara family to England the move did provide Freddie with opportunities he would have been unlikely to receive back home here he was able to study art in West london's Isleworth Polytechnic followed by graphic design at ealing art college

all the while he continued to develop his music both during his studies and after graduation

leaving in the spring of 66 with an A grade a level under his belt

mercury was involved in a number of projects but it was when he joined the band smile which would later evolve into queen that his life would change forever

well then you'll need someone new  I know it is . what about me.  No those teeth mate.

the story of queen success has been well documented elsewhere so we're going to focus more specifically on freddie's personal life as the band rose from up and comers to living rock gods Freddie   became an icon his onstage flamboyance was generally accepted despite gender norms of the time but did lead to much speculation about his sexuality and by extension homophobia

it’s vision has got to be a visual theatrics will always be used all the greatest   abused  it decades

after his passing  people are still trying to put mercury's sexuality in a box was he gay was he bisexual the reality is the public confusion over sexual identity is a reflection of the singer's own lack of clarity

I think I'm bisexual ready okay

mercury never gave the press a straight answer when asked about his sexuality letting his actions speak for him nonetheless freddie's behaviour did result in backlash from fans as his style increasingly reflected the fashion of the 80s gay culture American listeners began to turn against the band

what do you think gay not this darling the house

some fans went as far as to throw razors onstage encouraging him to shave his gay moustache because he never identified himself as explicitly gay it was as if a portion of the fans sought to sanitise his image

the whole publicity from him    growing a moustache then he would have done if he committed suicide I thing

but given the rampant homophobia of the time it's little wonder that while indulging in all manner of sexual activity and being an overtly sexual being- mercury never really explicitly came out as a gay man

in your song life ir real  what do you mean by the line love is a roulette wheel are you implying that the more partners you have the more chances you have of contracting something

what

over the course of his life mercury had a number of notable relationships his earliest and perhaps most enduring love was Mary Austin they lived together for many years and even got engaged but is mercury's interest in men became more apparent their relationship evolved into a platonic one

I don't know many people turn to and  the only one who we talking about it is marry who was a you know long you know  she's been a girlfriend of mine from a long time and even though we're not together right now . in legitimate   machine i sort   of refer to a lot

Freddie took many lovers over  the years but few  of them are more than a footnote   in his story by 1975 homeever he met radio DJ paul printer at a bar and the latter became a big part of freddie’s life involving himself with the rock star personally and as his manager

I saw him as a very subversive influence in the worst possible sense -----I don’t see  queens her in when they in the 60s I won’t be with them if they are I hope that I was sleeping

what  paul brento was his partner in crime

they were lovers and for years seem to have behaved as life parthers . printers  professional influence over Freddie however seemingly drove a wedge between the singer and the band

do you want pissing off . this is a band discussion

printer and mercury’s relationship while largely obscured in mystery was by alla accounts of volatile and seemingly toxic and before passing of sida related illness himself printers sold a story outing Freddie to the tabloids

care about you. Paul doesn’t care about you. You don’t belong here pretty , humble mood.

Around the same time that printer and mercury parted ways . freddy began a relationship with Jimmy Hutton with whom he lived for the remaining years of his life  though he had lovers and friends mercury's life was one characterise first and foremost by an intense and pervasive sense of loneliness in a handful of candid interviews the singer revealed that he almost always felt alone surely

Comes a time when you want to share your life with someone yes but nobody wants to share his life with me

by his own admission he was prone to falling in love and falling hard and because he so often got his heartbroken he learned to close himself off holding back when he felt drawn to someone new

before he leaves boarding school the 14 year old Freddie jumps in a friend's autograph book modern paintings are like women you can't enjoy them if you try to understand them

all the lovers he took in messy relationships he had including the complex one with Mary Austin were attempts to satisfy his greatest unrealised desire to be in a beautiful relationship with someone

the more I opened up the more I get hurt so I mean you know it's so basically what happens is I'm just riddled with scars and I just don't want anymore

by his own admission however his self destructiveness made him difficult to love and so for much of his life Freddie suffered greatly desperately seeking love while burdened with the knowledge that he drove it away because of his iconic status is a party animal and his flamboyant nature people often tend to gloss over his substance abuse but according to Peter freestone who worked for mercury for over a decade getting the star his cocaine was a regular part of his job though   freestone doesn't frame it as an addiction cocaine seemed to be a staple and freddie's life part of his falling out with Michael Jackson allegedly stemmed from the queen singer using the drug in Jackson's home you generally can't party for days as mercury did without it damaging your behaviour

I've been hideous I know that I deserve your fury I've been conceited selfish

We’re not performing or otherwise entertaining he was known to be quite shy and drugs were likely an essential tool in helping him come shell the final chapter in Freddie mercury's life is the darkest and most well known

About it what sida

according to partner Jimmy Hutton mercury was diagnosed with HIV in 1987 but the singer didn't publicly acknowledge it until 1991 just 24 hours before his death up until the very end however even as his health deteriorated mercury continued to pursue his great passion music speaking with queen guitarist Brian May towards the end of his life he told his bandmate quote write me more right me stuff I want to just sing this and do it and when I'm gone you can finish it off

worst of all if  you bore me with your sympathy  that’s  just seconds wasted seconds that could be used making music which is all I want to do at the time I have left

the great showman eventually became bedridden lost most of his foot and began to lose his eyesight with various friends visiting him around the clock in the last few weeks of his life Freddie Mercury chose to embrace his fate by foregoing any further treatment  he died on November 24th 1991

you think you are going  to get to heaven no I don't want to hell  is much better look at the interest interesting people that  you’re gonna meet down there  you are gonna be there too you know.

Freddy left large sums of money to everyone from Jimmy Hutton to a chef and personal driver all the people who made his life a little less lonely the majority of his fortune however he left to Mary Austin the love of his life an longest lasting friend

his life had been nice work I think his joy had been that  and  I think without it he would have wouldn't have been strong enough to face

to the rest of us mercury left an enduring legacy of not only powerful and timeless music but also his fashion sense bold  personality and the high bar he said for all performers to follow

freddie was a one of a king and while  his life was difficult anda tragically short     he continues to inspire countless fans around the world

I don't regret any other things I did I'm just me just me
